Designing fresh, original and innovative corporate/business training programmes based on management development, people development, organisational development and change management. My ability to adapt has allowed me to work in a variety of sectors, Mechanical Engineering, Sales and Marketing, Customer Services, Customer Care & Complaints, Informational Technology, Courier, Logistics, Supply chain, Retail services and systems, Media (Radio and Television), Pharmaceuticals (SOP, compliance and technical training), Legal processes and contracting. I now work independently as a learning and development consultant and a coach for executive and personal clients.
